Have you been involved in a road accident? If so, you may be eligible for funding through TAC or other road accident commissions
Step 1: Referral
Have your physician submit a referral to OSC detailing the nature of your injury/disability and the services requested.
Please include your TAC claim number and date of accident.
Step 2: Assessment
Book an appointment with an OSC Prosthetist/Orthotist and we will assess your needs.
Step 3: Quote and Approval
Your clinician will write and submit a report and funding request to your relevant transport accident compensation. They will then contact you regarding your funding approval.
Step 4: Service Provision
Make appointment for the provisioning of your prosthesis and/or orthosis
Step 5: Maintenance
You can attend OSC as required for review and maintenance of existing devices.
Depending on the nature of the request, a new quote or approval may be required.
